Healthy Hypnosis

I have a good subject, and I'd like to think of something creative, useful, something nice…

I could suggest whatever I wanted. But the subject would only do what they thought was OK to do. You canno tmake anyone do anything they don't want to do under hypnosis, despite what you see on stage shows.

I work as a clinical hypnotherapist, and although it is a very powerful way of transforming someones life, it is not mind control.

But to get into the spirit of the question….:

Go rob a bank and give me the money.
Go tell my old boss that he is a W*****r

If you are serious about doing this:

Allow their subconscious mind to pick 5 new things that would enhance their life, and that they will be gentley introduced into theirs when their subconscious mind deems it the right time.

This way you can allow them to change their own limiting beliefs, and empower them to take control of their lives. Its an extremely short explanation, but if you have no definate direction, allow them to make the changes they want.

I want to eliminate my unnecessary fears from my life!

Fear is a natural emotion so you will not be able to eliminate in entirely. The best strategy is to learn to do new or difficult things anyways, despite feeling fear. Usually when you get used to something that feeling will subside. If you feel a lot of anxiety that interferes with your life you may want to try cognitive behavioral therapy. Changing your thoughts about situations and feelings will help you deal with them so you can live your life.

I have a friend who has back pain associated with cancer. I read on the ACS website that hypnosis helps with this. What websites are there that will tell me how to do hypnosis on hm in his situation? When you answer I will also accept other tips that you may have on helping him with the pain.

I will be praying for your friend that he or she will find some relief. You are a good friend for trying to help. Perhaps a pain management clinic could be of assistance.

check the internet..sometimes on youtube they have spoiler videos that show how he does the trick. I learned how to do david blaines levitation trick, its so simple and easy to do and it freaks people out big time! I made a girl cry once doing it. good times.
